Our designers prepare proposals, usually within 2–3 working days, and send them by email.
Revisions
You send your comments and we refine the design until you are completely satisfied.
Once the design is approved, the file goes directly into production with no lost time.

Questions about printing, file preparation or delivery? Here are detailed answers to the most common client questions.
The standard production time for most products such as business cards, flyers and posters is 2–4 working days after design approval. Special requirements and large offset runs of more than 10,000 pieces may require 5–7 working days.
Express printing: In selected cases, next-day production is available for an additional charge. Call us so we can check current capacity.
Files up to 20 MB can be sent through our contact form or by email to office@akcijskastampa.rs.
For larger files, use a free service such as WeTransfer or Google Drive and send us the download link with your order specifications.
The preferred print format is PDF to the PDF/X-1a standard. We also accept Adobe Illustrator AI and EPS, Photoshop PSD and TIFF, and CorelDRAW CDR with all text converted to curves.
JPG and PNG images are accepted only at high resolution, at least 300 dpi. Avoid Word and PowerPoint files because they are not intended for professional printing and layouts can shift.
Bleed is an extra area of 2–3 mm around the design that is trimmed after printing. If the background reaches the edge, extend it 3 mm beyond the final format.
For example, artwork for a 90 × 50 mm business card should measure 96 × 56 mm including bleed. This prevents white edges after cutting.
Yes. Our graphic-design team can provide everything from basic file preparation using your logo and text to a complete creative concept and branding.
Design prices depend on complexity. Simple business-card artwork may be included with larger orders, while catalogues and logos are charged according to our price list.
Yes. Many of our customers are registered companies. Payment is made by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. Private customers may also pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
This is the most common artwork issue. RGB is the colour space of light used by monitors and phones. CMYK is the pigment-based colour system used in printing.
Always prepare artwork in CMYK. If you send an RGB file, it must be converted before printing, which can slightly change tones and make colours appear darker or less vivid than on screen.
For small digital runs, a printed proof can be produced to check colour and paper. The price depends on the product.
For large offset flyer runs, one machine proof is not economical, but we can provide a digital proof to check text and element placement.
DPI means dots per inch. Internet and social-media images often have only 72 dpi and look acceptable on screen but appear pixelated and blurred in print.
For sharp professional results, all photographs should have at least 300 dpi at their final printed size.
Our production and offices are in Belgrade. We send orders throughout Serbia using Post Express, Bex and D Express. Delivery is paid according to the courier’s current price list, except for large orders where delivery may be included.
